She also counsels businesses concerning free lease agreements, real estate collaterals, construction contracts and atypical real estate contracts and their role in the regularization of urban and rural properties. She has acted on negotiations for real estate investment funds, public offers, debt security offers, securitizations, and provided real estate due diligence reports for M&A and capital market transactions.

She is a former partner of Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados where she started to build her real estate career in 1995. She left the firm as partner of the real estate practice, in 2011.
